My designs are a confluence of inspiration I find in the natural world, in the opulent jewels of ages past, and in the functional forms of settings yet to be set. I like to sit at my bench and play with these forms and let the process of making inform the final product. My aim is to create unique, organic and naturally imperfect pieces that charm and surprise.
After graduating in 2010 with a BFA in Jewellery Design and Metalsmithing from NSCAD University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, I spent a few years indulging my passion for travel.
Upon my return to Canada, I dug in my heels and worked long and hard to create a space for making. In 2016 I launched sticks vs stone, my own line of hand crafted fine jewellery .
I hope you enjoy my jewellery and return to see where this creativity takes me.
